impacted

Among the piles the cross still stood as a marker of what Christ has done through us.
This is our team. God moved in some HUGE ways!!! I cannot express what an impact this trip had on the people we met, the people in the bunk next to us, the people we served, and more than anything the impact God had on Our teams lives. We stand in awe.
Ty our worship leader led us in this song a few times and I believe it holds a lot of our heart. Below are the lyrics.

God of this City - Chris Tomlin

You're the God of this city
You're the King of these people
You're the Lord of this nation
You Are.

You're the light in this darkness
You're the hope to the hopeless
You're the peace to the restless
You Are.

For there is now one like Our God
For there is no one like You God

For greater things have yet to come and Greater things are still to be done
In this City
Greater things are still to be done here

You're the Lord of Creation
The Creator of all things
You're the King above all kings
You Are.

You're the strength in our weakness
You're the love to the broken
You're the Joy in the sadness
YOU ARE!

Greater things have yet to come
Greater things are still to be done
in this city
Greater things are still to be done here (in Galveston Texas)
