OASIS SNOW TRIP
No EXCEPTIONS
FINAL DAY TO SIGN UP WITH DEPOSIT: THIS WEDNESDAY by 9 pm.
- Deposit is the only way to hold your spot
- You can bring the deposit by the church office anytime.
- If we are not in the office... don't panic:
- Just make sure you have brought your envelope with:
MELINDA: "SNOW TRIP"
Checks are written to: HSCC (Memo: oasis snow trip)
Only Deposit is needed to be paid at this time to hold your spot.
Oasis Snow TripFeb 6th - 8th
** Why are we doing this:
On an average year, we usually only have a few spots remaining at this time. However this year finances are tough and life, always seems busier these days. Thus sign ups are at there record LOW. So Our deadline to cancel the trip with out loosing thousands of dollars has to be Wednesday night as soon as Oasis ends.
Trust us... that we (Todd & Melinda your youth pastors) have thought through this A LOT. There is not thing else we can do. If we do have to cancel the trip it will be the first time and we will be sad but we will also understand.
So Lets NOT CANCEL the Trip and Turn in your Deposits to the church or bring to Oasis BEFORE WEDNESDAY @ 9 PM
